Refund policy

We want you to be pleased with the product you receive from us, as we value you as our customer. 

Even though all precaution is taken to furnish you with the highest quality product, things happen. We ask that when you receive your tubers, please inspect the day of and contact us at dentdelionbotanicals@gmail.com within 5 days of your order being delivered if there are any issues. 

If an order is received with an incorrect, or missing item, we will require you to submit photos of the package, packing slip, and items in question so we can cross check your claims with our records. 

Any longer than 5 days and we are unable to refund or replace.
